Most of our shipments are sent internationally.
We ship all orders Registered Mail via the Israel Post Company.
Once your shipment is sent we provide you with a tracking number as well as the web link to trace your shipment on the Israel Post Company Official website.
That option however does not include insurance but is the less costly.
Your shipment depending on the country of destination arrives usually from 7 business days to 3 weeks.
Regular Registered Mail is the shipping option used the most by our customers and we have had no problem with any packages so far.
However the shipping you select is your choice and responsibility!!!
Mycaljewel.com is not responsible for any loss or damages if you select that shipping option.
We also offer EMS (Express Mail Service) option which comes with insurance and is also quicker.
The cost for that option is much greater so take it into consideration when placing your order.
Note that duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.
