- Do you do custom orders?

We do offer an option to commission custom order item(s). Please contact us at info@mycaljewel.com. We will review your request and evaluate if we can accommodate it. All custom orders are prepaid and FINAL SALE. Sorry no exceptions.

- What is your Return Policy?

Due to the unique nature of our products All Sales are Final. We cannot accept any return for a refund, exchange or credit. However if there is a defect with your item(s) purchased please contact us at info@mycaljewel.com with a request explaining the defect as well as pictures attached to prove so. You have 7 days from the receipt of your item to submit this request. Once approved you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) as well as instructions for your return from our customer service. We are not responsible for the shipping cost that could incurre for the return. The RA# expires 14 days after you receive it. If you do not ship your item(s) within this time frame your package will not be accepted. We will only make an exchange for the same item(s) returned. If your order was shipped internationally Mycaljewel.com will not be responsible if any duty or charges for the original shipment nor for the exchange shipment.

- What is your Privacy Policy

We will not sell nor trade any information you supply us with any third party. Any information we collect at Mycaljewel.com is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations. From time to time we may send you marketing and promotional materials by mail or email. As well as to help us improve our online product selection and services to you. if you prefer not to receive these promotional items, you may unsubscribe from them at any time. All information sent to Mycaljewel.com is Safe. We protect your transactions by using a safe and secure software. All your payment transactions are processed through Paypal.

- What are your Shipping Terms and delivery?

As some of our merchandise is handmade and made to order, please allow 3 - 5 business days prior to shipment. Our packages are sent Sunday through Thursday. All of Mycaljewel.com jewelry comes delivered in our pouch. You have the option to select "Ship to a different address". This will allow you to ship to friends and family. Please remember if you are shipping to another address to update your information for your next purchase as the system will remember your last shipping destination.

Most of our shipments are international.

We ship all orders Registered Mail via the Israel Post Company. Once your shipment is sent we provide you with a tracking number as well as the web link to trace your shipment on the Israel Post Company Official website. That option however does not include insurance but is the less costly. Your shipment depending on the country of destination arrives usually from 7 business days to 3 weeks. Mycaljewel.com is not responsible for any loss or damages if you select that shipping option or ECOPOST. 

We also offer EMS (Express Mail Service) option which comes with insurance and is also quicker. The cost for that option is much greater so take it into consideration when placing your order. Note that duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges or rejected packages. Mycaljewel.com is not responsible for custom fees incurred from imported goods. Mycaljewel.com cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit due to carriers neglect. All carrier issues should be direct to Israelpost.co.il. For any information regarding duties and taxes, please contact your custom office. We do not ship to P.O. Box!

- How are Shipping Charges calculated?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of the package.

- How should I care for my Jewelry purchase? What is your repair request procedure?

Due to the nature of the materials we use we recommend removing our jewelry when in contact with water, sleeping or athletic activities. We will not replace any materials except restring within 30 days of purchase. Send us a repair request at info@mycaljewel.com. If your jewelry is in need of other repair due to usage send us request at the email above explaining what is in need of repair (with picture attached preferred) and we will assess if your item is fixable. Once approved you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) as well as instructions for your return from our customer service. We are not responsible for the shipping cost that could incurre for the return. The RA# expires 7 days after you receive it. If you do not ship your item(s) within this time frame your package will not be accepted. Sorry no exeptions. We strongly advise sending your repair via a method that has a tracking number for your shipment. Repair charges will apply and you will be given a repair price quote prior to the beginning of the repair.
